Hope was from our final litter out of Higgins and a full littermate to our Rocky sire. Our rule is to only raise two litters with a female to continue breed progress. Hope was the exception to this rule as she produced consistently great offspring that continue to make breed progress yet today. For those that were fortunate enough to own one of her offspring, you are truly blessed. We ended our career after 19 years of Hunt Test before this litter was born. We can only imagine the recognition this litter with Rocky and Hope would have provided our breed today.
Hope brought natural retrieve with the strong traits she provided as a great versatile hunting and excellent Family companion with an on/off switch that carries throughout our line today. Truly a “blue hen” and instrumental part of our breeding program that influenced our breed.
